Vendor Terms

Vendor Account Purpose

Vendor accounts allow product representatives to request listing verification, submit official public sources, and provide factual correction details. Vendor access is a convenience for factual maintenance; it is not ownership of the public listing.

Verification

We may verify vendor requests through company-domain email, official websites, DNS, public staff pages, partner documentation, or other reasonable checks. We may approve, reject, suspend, or request more information for vendor accounts and listing claims.

No Vendor Affiliate Submission

Vendors cannot submit, set, replace, or require affiliate links through vendor accounts. ViewAITools manages affiliate links, redirects, tracking, sponsorships, and commercial relationships internally. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee placement, ranking, score treatment, Source Confidence treatment, positive coverage, or removal of editorial notes.

Editorial Independence

Vendors cannot directly edit Worth It Scores, Risk Meter values, Source Confidence badges, rankings, reviews, pros, cons, buyer verdicts, public comments, or editorial conclusions. Factual corrections and source updates may be accepted when supported by reliable public evidence.

Sources and Corrections

Vendors may submit preferred official sources, corrected social profiles, pricing pages, docs, status pages, trust/security pages, changelogs, and product URLs. We may accept, reject, pause, ignore, delete, replace, or deduplicate sources based on relevance, public availability, accuracy, and editorial judgment.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must submit accurate information, only represent products they are authorized to discuss, avoid confidential or private data, disclose material commercial relationships where relevant, and avoid spam, deceptive claims, fake reviews, legal threats without basis, malware, tracking abuse, or attempts to manipulate rankings.

Review and Removal

We may audit vendor activity, preserve records for security and legal reasons, reverse changes, suspend accounts, reject claims, or contact vendors for clarification. We may keep factual listings online even if a vendor claim is rejected.

No Guarantee

Vendor accounts and claims are provided as is. We do not guarantee response times, approval, publication, traffic, revenue, rankings, conversions, source inclusion, score changes, or continued availability of any vendor feature.
